I decided to leave Asheville a night early the day before hurricane Helene came through so I could get down the mountain and back to Atlanta before the rain got so bad. I was charged for the room and given no credit at all. Then on 3-3-2025 I booked a no cancel room. I understand the policy. Circumstances out of my control came up at the last minute and I had no choice but to cancel. I thought there might be some credit or discount given as I was returning asap. Beautiful and spotless. We had the most wonderful sleep on the mattress. So comfortable. The linens on the bed were so soft and the perfect weight. I can't say a enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!
Customer Service from general manager needs improvement. All the Country Inn & Suites I had stayed in the area didn’t charge for water due to Hurricane. What human beings would charge for water after such horrific situation? It was one employee on morning shift that was disrespectful too. Housekeeping needs an award and the rest of the staff had good customer service.
