I stay here about once or twice a month. I have never had issues untill today. The lady behind the desk was so rude. She didnt even get up off her chair to greet me. I checked in and went to my room and found out they downgraded me. All because im a choice employee... I work for your company and you treat me like this! I had no choice but to stay. My girlfriend and I thought we had found a diamond in the rough with this location when we found it! The rooms were clean, service was great and location was minutes away to everywhere we wanted to go. Unfortunately...the service and quality of the location has considerably gone downhill. Rooms are dirty as well the beds., and when you ask to get a different room , you are met with indifference! Needless to say...we will never be staying here again. My boyfriend rented this room for the night for us and I started getting bites but I thought it was mosquitos unfortunately IT WAS BED BUGS ! This place is a major health code violation and I would not recommend staying here especially since when I brought it to the lady at the front desk’s attention where she said she would call pest control ( before checking out btw and I got proof ) so when I called for an update on if I can get my money back the lady at the front desk stated “it’s Florida there is gonna be bed bugs “ and... read more
