Great customer service experience
I was told that there was a shuttle to the airport by both the front desk and a supervisor at 3pm on 3/28 I am highly upset and very disappointed being that I have to now to figure out how to get to the airport last minute. I would NOT book here given the incorrect information I was given.
Asked multiple times for towels to be delivered to the pool. Many of us using the pool. Was told later that day that there was low staff and priority was getting all the rooms ready and checking people in. It takes 2 min out of the day to drop off towels so we didn't have to walk through the hallways wet to the room to dry off. Jodi Recker was the manager that day and didn't seem too concerned with the situation
