Excellent service, clean rooms and a nice breakfast!
Room was not clean. Floor was half swept: we found food on floor that wasn’t ours. The couches were absolutely disgusting. Stained. Not swept. Need a major shampooing. So bad we asked for sheets to cover the cushions with. Bed sheets and pillow cases had stains on them. Room was very beat up. Stains on walls never wiped down. Had a weird odor in the room. Bathroom door very dirty. I will say the Staff were very friendly and the pool was nice.
The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool was perfect for letting the kids burn off energy before a calm bedtime. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options (waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, yogurt, muffins, coffee, and more). Overall, the staff were kind and helpful, and we had no complaints during our stay.
Just passing through the area and needing a place to get off the road and recharge. It is conveniently located, there is a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The lobby was welcoming and had nice lighting, with friendly staff that greeted us upon our arrival. The staff we encountered were friendly and knowledgeable of the area.
