You can't photograph a smell. The room had such a strong, foul odor that I immediately opened the 3rd floor window, which has no screens. The clerk was kind and moved us to the room next door that also did not smell great, but it was a million times better than next door! The elevators also smelled. The showers were not properly cleaned in either room. The soap dispensers were dirty and had hairs on them.
Had a great experience at this particular Comfort Inn. Probably the nicest of this chain that I’ve stayed in. Everyone was very nice and helpful.
Weird smell through building and room. Wouldn’t go back.
Hotel was a little outdated and front desk clerk used language while checking me know in that was very nice unprofessional while struggling with the computer. Room was very clean location was great. Continental breakfast was a bonus also.
Best location for zoo, creation museum , Ark Encounters and Great Wolf Lodge. Staff was amazing!!!!
