If I could give a ZERO star review… I ABSOLUTELY WOULD!!!!!! The broken hot tub , super cold pool and the dis pleasant customer service from the manager Carman this hotel should be SHUT DOWN M. The breakfast was disgusting and the manager refused to give refunds after the false advertisement of having an enjoyable pool. Guys … stay far away from this hotel !!!!!!!
Just got to room, I wipe down every thing with clorex wipes.. Yes it's clean, roomy really nice.. but I still do my thing! clean
After a 13 hour drive we were looking forward to using the hot tub. Find out when we checked in that nope, it's not working. So we get in the elevator to go to our room on the 2nd floor. The floor of the elevator is absolutely filthy, which it remained for our 3 day stay. When we get to the room I attempt to use the key card about 5 times with no success. If I could give a zero star I definitely would. First of all after paying I was told the hot tub wasn’t working and the pool room was cold. I proceeded to stay even after that . The breakfast was awful , the bathroom tub was peeling and the staff that I dealt with was incredibly rude with exception for one young lady. There are restaurants and bars within the area of the hotel so we sent our teenagers back to the room to charge there phones the one manager on duty name Carmen called the police on them when they were simple i... read more
Carmen’s customer service was unimaginably below terrible service. Carmen was extremely rude unhelpful and didn’t listen at all. Not only was her customer service horrible she also had a baby while on duty which is extremely unprofessional and unsafe. The hot tub was broken and the room wasn’t well kept.
