Very outdated & uncomfortable! Mattresses were very hard, you can feel the springs poking through on one of them, the other was like sleeping on plywood. The bedframes are squeaky, so anytime someone moves you hear it. The pillows are small & thin. The furniture is dated/ damaged & very used looking, the TV was broken it only worked on one loud volume. The bathroom is Gross! Moldy, aged, unclean. There is a staff lady named Cara very rude. She needs to be fired. I traveled in 10 hours with my wife in three small triplet children. She basically told me I had to. Book another room after I already paid for a queen double or I had to drop one of my children off in order to stay at the room that I paid for she was very rude and she looked at me in discuss if this is how they treat their paying customers I WOULD NEVER EVER EVER STAY OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE

Worst hotel experience ever!!! Came in to hopefully find a hot tub and was promised by hotel management that ALL the amenities work, THE AMENITIES DIDNT WORK!! hot tub was cold, pool was even colder, service sucked, the fitness room smelled like mildew. Walls are also paper thin, if you stay you better pray theres not kids in the next room!! When we asked for towels for the pool they said they were out and to use our room towels, there was a basket full of dirty pool towels in pool room! We stayed here on March 5-6. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and made sure we got the reservation credited to our Choice Hotel account and we received our bag with a bottle of water and snacks. The room was nice with LVT flooring. Furnishings a little older but great stay and great value.
