After having a bad experience with a neighboring hotel, Carmen the floor manager was very accommodating to myself and my family. She was very attentive to my family's needs and super professional!

Over all experience was HORRIBLE do not let the pictures online decieve you. We booked a 2 queen suite and when we arrived we were told there were no queens in the hotel at all. Then the person at the desk said well we have rooms with queens but rooms are not clean so we have to give you 2 doubles. But we already paid for the queens. This is pretty bad seeing as check out is at 12 noon and our check in time was 3pm. So thats a 3 hr turnover for rooms....our flight landed later in the evening so we called to let them know it ... read more

Clean and quiet. Hotel is far enough from interstate that very little noise. Walking distance to Cracker Barrel and other restaurants.

Very outdated & uncomfortable! Mattresses were very hard, you can feel the springs poking through on one of them, the other was like sleeping on plywood. The bedframes are squeaky, so anytime someone moves you hear it. The pillows are small & thin. The furniture is dated/ damaged & very used looking, the TV was broken it only worked on one loud volume. The bathroom is Gross! Moldy, aged, unclean.
