Hotel is ok it was clean but the room looked kind of old and no shower pressure

Check in was a nightmare! We arrived @ 6:30 pm. Big line @ counter. 45 mins later I finally got to start procedure. When I asked why the delay, young lady advised there were no clean rooms. WTF? She was very defensive. When I asked if a Mgr was on duty, she replied “no, an ambulance carted him away that afternoon!” WTF? Room very clean. Bfst good. Btw, finding the road leading to this place is a “nightmare!” Everyone in the “checkin” line said the same thing. WTF?
