I love this place... This hotel is super close to the Lackland air force base (maybe 10 minutes depending on lights) and great for the money. The staff was very friendly and familiar with having military families in every weekend for graduation. When they found out that we were there for graduation they checked to make sure we had the BMT grad rate. Loved the two day stay at Holiday Inn Lackland.
Perfect place to go to Air Force base This is the prefect place to stay to see your Airman graduate, it's very very close to the base,the rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable.The breakfest could have more to choose from but whatever they had was good.
Great Customer Service Last year we went to a cheap hotel and were horrified by the uncleanliness of the room! The sheets hadn't been washed, the bathroom was dirty, the people were rude- very unpleasant! We didn't feel comfortable there so we packed up our stuff and went to a Holiday Inn further down the road. It was wonderful, and the price was still good. Now we just go for the Holiday Inn automatically; we know that we're sure to have a clean room and good service there.
Chef is wonderful!! We came after the restaurant was closed but chef still prepared food for us. Staff and all employees were very friendly and ready to help with anything we need. My hat is off to the chef for going out of his way to help our family.
Love you guys :- I travel a lot for my job and have to pay for my own expenses, so I'm always looking for affordable and comfortable places to stay. The Holiday Inn has always given me the best of both; I can go easy on my budget while not sacrificing comfort or convenience.
Really Nice Place :-) They are really nice at the Holiday Inn. The people in the room next to me were blaring their TV and yelling, so we called the desk. They took care of it immediately and we had peace and quiet for the rest of the night. And they didn't make us feel stupid for calling about it.
Liked it My second time at Holiday Inn Lack land. The decor is stunning and memorable. The options many. The quality excellent. Service top-notch. The flavors delicious.

wonderfull services Budgeting is a big deal for me, so I really like the Holiday Inn. I can save money without staying in a crummy room with a broken air conditioner and no pool. :)
