If you have children use caution about staying here. The moment we walked in at 3:30pm the women at the front desk told our kids to quiet down because they have people that wake at 1:00am for work. They were snotty about refilling the hot chocolate for the kids, the women managing the breakfast area was visibly mad when cleaning up the crumbs and cereal left from the kids. It was definitely not a good experience for our hockey team, we had to lock our kids in their rooms. Such a sad weekend.
You could hear everything. Even the road. Dirty and unfortunate. Breakfast was sad. Avoid.
We had a fire alarm that continued to go off in our room all night that the desk forgot to take care of. They felt bad and credited us back the cost of our room.
We always stay here when we come to red wing. The breakfast is usually great but was a little off this last trip.
