I recently made an appt for a recall issue After waiting almost an hour, I was told they "ran out of the part:, however I did need a brake job to the tune of $500 +. You are seriously telling me you didn't know when I walked in that you couldn't do the recall service because you DID NOT HAVE THE PART?!?! If only I could give you NEGATIVE stars.....
