Decided to shop outside of outside of the berkshires after some disappointing experiences here and I'm glad we did. I saw the vehicle I wanted, called to verify it was available, and an hour later I was on my way to see it. When we arrived Jake had it backed up to the front door and within a few minutes we were test driving it. **THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED ABOUT COUNTRY HYUNDAI** So this is going to be somewhat of a long review, but I feel like you need the whole story. Last year I decided to buy my first ever brand new car. Country Hyundai in Northampton really took care of me! Grant was amazing, I highly recommend him for sure! I ended up going with a 2025 Sonata and I absolutely love it. A smooth ride that’s packed with some awesome safety features. You definitely won’t regret going here-they are fair with you. Just go for it.
They did an excellent job as usual.
Excellent service. Staff friendly and informative. So much better than my previous experience at LIA HYUNDAI OF ENFIELD. Avoid that service dept. Just my 2 cents.
