Eli, was AWESOME. He made the whole experience, from the moment he introduced himself, to driving the vehicle, to talking numbers, and to signing the paperwork so hassle free for us. In fact, we did not even realize how long we had been there. He even made it a point to say thank you and congratulate us after we were in signing the papers, which took about 30-40 minutes. My wife was looking to upgrade to a newer vehicle and she came across a 2022 tucson they were selling, Went there took it for a ride and she ended up getting it, the sales.person was great and walked her through all the features

Melissa was immensely helpful and generous with her time and attention. I have no complaints. And once I had the car home, I was able to go back in and get help from Melissa easily. She was friendly, pleasant, and lovely to work with
I was sold a Palisade with a broken seat belt, unrelated to a recent recall. It has been almost a year now that I have been trying to get it repaired. There's no reason it should take that long. They scheduled me a month ago and had ordered the wrong part. I've called multiple times with no call backs. I called today and was told the part was in but no one had called to let me know. The repair process has been so unnecessarily frustrating. Otherwise I had a good experience with my purchase.
