I was openly LIED TO BY MANAGEMENT. I purchased a new palisades Calligraphy , my first Hyundai ever, and through the sales process the salesman sent me a picture of the accessories in this vehicle on a vehicle window sticker. When I purchased the vehicle none of those accessories were included as I learned when I left the lot. I immediately turned around to ask why. While the customer service representatives were kind they also have an extreme lack of communication. I had my car towed in for repairs and was constantly promised it would be done by a certain time only to call and find out it hadn’t even been seen yet. I understood that they were likely busy with pre-scheduled appointments so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When my car was ready I told them the exact day and time I’d be there to pick it up yet when I arrived they did not have my bill ready so I had to sit in the wait... read more
