I am giving two stars vs one because the Palisade I bought is fantastic. Also, to be fair, they also gave me a very good price on my trade-in. They had the exact model I wanted so I did buy it from them, but my experience with this dealer was poor. There were many instances of misinformation, lack of response/respect. When I dropped off my car on Friday morning at 7:30am, the tech asked “do you need it back today, or can we keep it for the weekend?” It’s now Wednesday of the following week, the car is “not drivable, but you can pick it up if you want to,” I have no timeline by which I can expect my car back, and “all of their courtesy vehicles are out with other customers” while I’m scrambling to make it to work.
I had a great experience buying my car from this dealership, especially working with Grant. Since I live a bit of a distance away, we handled the deal over the phone and there was zero hassle or back-and-forth—everything was straightforward and efficient. Grant was knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the process.
