I came in about the 2026 Tucson Hybrid limited that (according to their website) had a $18000 dollar discount attached to it. I was told over the phone that several people wanted this car and I’d need to come in today to put a deposit down. No problem, I drove right to the dealership prepared to put a deposit down, and finish up the paperwork. I will say the people at this dealership are very nice, I will not argue with that. they greeted every customer and was always eager to help. However, I went in for a oil change, tire rotation, and a complementary car wash. I was told my 2:30 appointment would only take 1.5 to 2 hours on the phone, sure. At the dealership, I asked what time it would need to be done, they said it would be done well before 5:00 PM. I was not able to get to my car until 5:07 PM.
