I've lived here since I was 3 years old I'm 27 now those parl use to be amazing, affordable and neighbors were respectful about 4 years ago the park was bought out and since then the lot Rent has gone up about 100 dollars a year since they bought it, they manage water usage and charge you if you go over a certain amount, i have called the park manager a couple times to complain about my neighbor using my yard for her dog to go to the bathroom he said he would talk to them and make sure they knew where the property lines were... read more
