Bought a brand new RAV4 from this dealership back in April. Buying experience wasn’t particularly great but was okay. However, that is not the reason for writing this review. As an automotive service technician I recently had the vehicle lifted on a hoist to do a quick inspection. Upon inspecting the bottom side of the vehicle, I noticed the $1800 undercoating package I paid for was poorly done. Scam No oil change free. Just they sale plan free oil change but within 12000 kilometres they charge times time 2 service charge second time I refused service. They charge $ 130 for oil change they refused shuttle service. So sad !
