Have had the worst customer service experience with one of their salespeople (Eric) here. Called them to get a quote for a car, he provided a quote and when asked if I can get it in writing, the response I got was to keep the verbal quote in my mind. Also, seemed quite proud of the fact that he has 'never' sold a car for MSRP and ripping his customers off. He was rude and obnoxious. Will stay away from this place.
I had a great experience working with Chris Ng at Toyota Country Hills. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help me find the right car that fit my needs. Chris provided excellent advice, answered all my questions, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle!
