The assistant manager, Amanda only benefit is she speaks Spanish. She is too passive, if she doesn't know she will just lie, she's not knowledgeable of her job, and she is not able to communicate with individuals who are not in the Hispanic/Latino community effectively.
Always continuous problems that they take too long to fix and their upstairs decks and stairways are in severe need of repair. Would not recommend living here.
