Picture this. You book 6 rooms, you arrive to find out there's only 5 rooms booked under our account, we go through troubleshooting, now there's only 4 rooms under our account. After 45 minutes of back & forth, all 6 of us get our rooms. 2 of my coworkers somehow managed to get the same room. Walked in on one another. Pitiful. Bad customer service nasty attitude at front desk and talk to you crazy you have to clean your own room and you have to have your own towels motel pet friendly but not all rooms and they charge 150 if you have a pet and they see it and want you to get rid of your pet
