old school Southern food Country Ham House hasn't changed in 30 years. It still serves the exact same food from the exact same buffet line. It's very cheap, and can be as quick as you want, and the food is delicious. It's all pretty bad for you, though.
The place looked great. Menu sounded delicious. I ordered macaroni and cheese, fried chicken, and sweet potato souffle. With having to wait 30 minutes to get my food you would think it would be hot. My chicken was over battered and cold, my mac and cheese was just noodles cheese and an abundance of salt and my souffle was simply mashed sweet potatoes minus sugar and spices. Very dissapointed.
Best place in town for fresh veggies. They a also serve breakfast anytime.
No matter if you want a home cooked breakfast or a great southern lunch or dinner look no further. Friendly staff and unbelievable food. Pretty busy on Sunday so get here before church let's out.
