I am extremely dissatisfied with Country Gas's service, which failed to detect a substantial propane tank leak wile filing the tank thereby posing a considerable safety risk. Manager Kay's response to my complaint was grossly inadequate. Given her dismissive attitude and abrupt termination of our conversation, I expect the large fee for the leak check service to be waived since supost be part of the service. After years of loyalty, I anticipate a higher level of service and respect.

If I could give a negative or a zero I would, really a 1 star is too high for this company. Worst customer service, if you're looking for a propane company, whatever you do, do not pick these guys, they're a last resort, trust me, any of the other companies would have your propane to you in a day or two, I had to wait over 7 to 14 days every time, and I pay up front, it's ridiculous, pick a better company.

First time customer. Went there right before they were closing and service was excellent. Benjamin and his associate fill my propane bottle quickly and we're courteous. Definitely coming back.
