I placed an order online to be delivered the same day and was called stating that they were out of the Poinsettia that I had chosen, I asked for an alternative and was told they had nothing that could be delivered. I then asked why it allowed me to place the order and was told that the deceased had passed in plenty of time that I could had called Monday-Wednesday to place my order. Definitely do not recommend. Signs and hours say open but door is locked.
I waited for someone to even come to the front counter close to 15 minutes. I needed a wrist corsage for 4 days later. The lady huffed and rolled her eyes. I got the impression she didn’t want my business so I walked out. I tried to support a local business, never again. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Rude and very unprofessional! I would give zero stars if I could!!
Excellent florist, will always have my business.
