We have been taking our crazy Australian Shepherd to Country Friends from the time she was a puppy. They have cared for her like she was their own. We've boarded her at their facilities two times, while we've vacationed out of town. Dash is always a happy girl when we pick her up. I tell everyone about how much our family and our dog loves Country Friends and their staff! :) Great place!
I drive from Addison to take my boys, Baby and Radar, to see Dr Brazeal because the care they get is far and above any other they have ever received. I followed her from Garland to Wylie to Country Friends and certainly don't regret the trip now. I really appreciate that all my questions and concerns are always addressed and Dr Brazeal always makes sure my boys are thoroughly taken care of. Not only is she great but everyone else at Country Friends are too!! Everyone there is warm and friendly. Thank you all!
Very friendly, knowledgable and professional! They always make me feel welcome and spend time to make sure all my questions are answered. They even look for ways to make my visit a little cheaper if possible. So glad I stumbled upon this awesome clinic to take care of my fur babies!
I love each of the staff members working for this clinic. And Dr. Rhonda, Dr. Westwood and Dr. Braziel have taken a girl that has had a dream of becoming a veterinarian since she was 7 years old under their wing. They are such wonderful people and my now 17 year old daughter knows without a doubt that this is her calling in life. Absolutely so marvelous...and I felt right at home with my Phantom and Gracie Ross. .
I wish they could make payment arrangements for people who have limited income.
