Everyone in the service department are very friendly and accommodating. They are very helpful and kind. They made sure I had a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was in their service department.
I've been bringing all of my vehicles to Country Ford for a number of years. '12 VW Passat, '13 GMC 1500 Denali, '21 Ford Escape. Service and value have been really good. They have always been honest with various issues my cars may have had. On occasion, they have referred me an OEM dealership when specialty tools and skills were required. As a woman, it's good to deal with a Service Advisor I can trust. ☺️
Very professional gave me a loaner car so they can figure out what was wrong. Great people.
WHAT AN AWESOME EXPERIENCE! After a few frustrataing car searches locally, and not fariring well at other ddealerships, I reached out to Country.
