I stopped in to get my oil changed a few weeks ago. I had an hour to spare before a work meeting. The young woman behind the counter asked if I would need a loaner. She said it would only take an hour, so I decided to stay and prepare notes. My car sat there for 30 minutes before an older woman in a denim shirt and baseball cap walked into the lobby.
