After hanging up the phone I was confident my order would be awesome. Service was great, understanding and helpful. When I saw the orchid at the funeral parlor I was embarrassed. It was nicely presented but was a “miniature” one. If that is your only orchid you should make the client aware that the flowers are mini, so a regular size one is not expected. I would have kept calling florists till I located what I wanted, it was a special memento and both my husband and I felt really let down.
I have been getting flowers sent by Country Flowers since I moved out west. Always friendly and would recommend them to anyone.
