Good service and friendly
I called Ann's Flowers today at 1:07pm to order flowers for my mother-in-law. The "lady" that answered the phone was not only unprofessional but incredibly rude. The conversation went like this: Lady: YEA...WHAT? (Very rude/loud tone) ME: Hi. Is this Ann's flowers? Lady: Yea. What do you want? ME: Hi. My name is Rose White.
