I was looking to buy a new 2024 mobile home built on the property, but I drove through and the park itself "looks run down" and makes me hesitant to buy the beautiful new mobile home; especially, after reading the reviews of the park...
When I moved here the rent was 265.00 a month it's now 652.00! The pads for your mobile home are so small that you can hear your neighbor burp!Not worth the money!!
