Recommendedi am writing this hoping it will get back to the park manager. i am absolutely tired of parents picking up their kids in our neighborhood after school, but people aren’t allowed to have more than two cars outside of their house.
I really like my spot I've made it a pretty homey lot. I would just like it if neighbors would respect my space outside....they built a big covered porch..that takes up their yard....so now they lean up against my home,when they have a outdoor party...I've walked down my hall and looked out my window and there be someone looking up from their chair outside....leave their grills near my home....I dont want to move ....but may come to that...I've tried for 3yrs....
Well Sheila and her husband are at it again, the park managers. Threatening to tow our cars You can only have 2 cars no matter how many drivers you have and apparently if there is a vacant lot you can't park there, but they (managers) have 4 spots to park in. We pay rent they don't. Once again the rules do not apply to park managers. And When we complained about all the cars in the road she could care less 2 yrs ago NOW it's a issue. Manager and husband are coward, lying basterds. You can pay your rent on time but Shiela the manager may loose it and want you to pay again. Once refused they happen to find the check. (Amazingly this has happened mutiple times.)
I really like the managers she's on top of everything and they help when you need it. As for the rent increase that's that's the way of life. everything in life is going up all around us our property tax just went up. So thank you so much for everything y'all do for us Shelia!!!!
I am so tired of the feral cat situation. I probably would not be so annoyed, except a close neighbor is feeding them between our mobile homes. I have asked her to stop, but she won't. Consequently, the cats are staying put, which means they are using my yard for their litter box. The smell is awful and so are the flies. They even shredded a wicker chair I had on my porch. I have contacted animal control, but won't do anything about cats.
They won't give out the number to the corporate office, apparently they write their own checks! Maybe they don't want them to know they are breaking most or all the rules!
