Pros: Convenient location for shopping and restaurants. Mostly quiet neighbors. Reasonably priced. Nice office staff. Cons: Maintenance extremely slow to respond. I had an electrical issue that took 3 months to get fixed. I lived there a year and there was never a time when all the washers and dryers worked in the laundry room. I also never saw pest control, not once. I had an ant problem that was never resolved. The floors had just been done with a wood look vinyl before I moved in. Great place to live! Nice and quiet.
I absolutely can’t wait to move. For two months we had no working AC that I had to show I was going to take action with a lawyer to get anything fixed. Each attempt was slapping a bandaid on an open wound. This place has a horrendous roach problem that pest control scheduled maintenance could never catch up to. I have had mold in my bedroom for months that management is aware of and nothing has been done.
