Took her here once we moved. Couldn't have been nicer so we came back for the holidays. Sure glad we found such a great place.
Will never bring my dog there again... not since the new owners took it over.. Took my dog there at 8:30 in the morning ...went to pick her up at 2 o'clock like they said.... Get there they tell me she won't be done till 5 o'clock... No phone call letting me know they're running behind.. So again had to run down there to pick her up let the woman know how disgusted I am with them for what they did to my dog leaving her in there all day not a phone call letting me know not to come get her at two and letting me drive all the w... read more

As new owners of Country Critters, I deeply apologize for this mishap! As we promote employees to better positons, we have to hire replacements. So as new employees are in place, we will have some "growing pains". This should have never happened in our establishment and we take full responsibility. Remi loves his spa days. He's always happier to see the ladies at Country Critters than he is to see me! He always looks great after a visit to the groomer. Thanks for all you do.
