I was living at Woodland Park Apartments which was one of the cheapest places to live in the Des Moines Metro, I had a studio apartment that had smoke damaged floors and a sloppily painted bathroom, but it was close to where I worked. They were bought out by Legacy which are apartment managers under the Optimum Reality umbrella, which over sees this property also. When they took over I was hoping for some changes. Great location. Clean. Reasonably quiet, reasonably priced. Excellent communication and customer service from the property manager.
Great place to live! Manager great!! Helpful, very timely responses to every thing!! If problems do arise they are handed quickly!! Recommend to anyone looking for apartment!!!
