They installed an AC unit 3 years ago, left a gaping hole in the ceiling. Said they would send someone to patch it and never did so we patched it. Now when an issue arises we are being told they can't service the unit because there is no access. At the time of installation no mention an access panel was made. We were told someone would be sent to patch the ceiling hole who never came. They are saying it isn't their responsibility. They go above and beyond! Honest, dependable and professional. Their work is amazing, they installed a new AC system in my old Cape Coral home and I cannot say enough good about them!
