RecommendedOne of the many reasons I fell in love with our home...the downstairs! Found out a few months ago that we couldn't use our fireplace due to a cracked flue. Finally the day has arrived that our wood burning insert was installed! It looks amazing and the guys at Country Comfort, Inc. Did an amazing job with the install from start to finish! The team was awesome in helping us get exactly what we wanted and walked us through every step, I couldn't be happier with our insert purchase!

Been with them for several years now. Great staff with excellent installers and service. Always recommended people looking for a pellet stove, etc. to go there. Also, very good with their appointment times. Dependable.
great people to deal with,n they sell various brands of real hardwood pellets ,not like those green pellets u buy at lies n homedepot,country comforts pellets burn much better n burn totally up

Entire staff was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. There is no pressure to purchase. They worked with us to make sure we were happy with our choice. Day of installation they were on time, finished the job in the time they said they would. They made sure work area was clean. They explained how to operate the fireplace and made sure we understood. We highly recommend them. We love the look of our gas fireplace and cannot wait to enjoy it. Thank you.

The folks at Country Comfort are very knowledgeable and professional. We were looking for a pellet stove insert for our home to replace what had been set up for a gas fireplace. After calling around, I knew as soon as I spoke with CC that we would go with them. The two installers knew what they were doing, did a great job, and were done in one day. We bought our pellets from them and have been enjoying our pellet stove from day one. Thanks Country Comfort!
