The place is a dump. Your AC and heat are from heat pumps from 1985. "Tour Their Beautiful Apt Community" and see for yourself. The apartments are some of the cheapest built ones that I ever lived in. The sound between apts is so bad, that I could hear my upstairs neighbor's squeaky bathroom door every time they opened or close it. You pay for EVERYTHING there, water, trash, and on some sites (they still list) that basic cable is included. That hasn't been the case since 2017. The turnover there is 85%.
