very helpful staff
I recently had to move some bookcases from in front of my fireplace for cleaning purposes As an older woman I was afraid I might have trouble moving it by myself I mentioned this to Christine and not only did she offer to send a maintenance person to help me a gentleman showed up offering to help Thank you Everyone there has always been attentive to me I love this place
Overall, a relatively great and cost-effective place to live. Offer great prices on a variety of generous floor plans and the staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. As a first time renter, it was great to have someone help lay everything out as far as utilities covered/how I could get them covered, all of their (pet) policies, seeing and paying rent, budgeting tips, EVERYTHING. This is for Brad Coady Apt 24. He likes living here very much. The Apts are kept up very well, inside and out. When I need something fixed, it is done within a timely manner. And I like how the office interacts with the tenants by doing little things, like popcorn, breakfast, discount tickets for certain things, holiday contests, it’s all fun.
I’ve been here 8 years. Maintence has always been there soon as possible. I think it’s a great place to live!!!
