I would not recommend lots of people are moving out due to the fact that things are not getting fixed. And majority on my floor have moved out due to being handicapped and getting fees for not being able to move furniture for spraying car inspection. I've lived here for years and it was great the first year I have gone through five landlords in 4 years. I recently had to move some bookcases from in front of my fireplace for cleaning purposes As an older woman I was afraid I might have trouble moving it by myself I mentioned this to Christine and not only did she offer to send a maintenance person to help me a gentleman showed up offering to help Thank you Everyone there has always been attentive to me I love this place
Overall, a relatively great and cost-effective place to live. Offer great prices on a variety of generous floor plans and the staff is SUPER helpful and friendly. As a first time renter, it was great to have someone help lay everything out as far as utilities covered/how I could get them covered, all of their (pet) policies, seeing and paying rent, budgeting tips, EVERYTHING.
