WARNING: ROACHES‼️ My family and I moved in a couple months ago. Our time here has been quite enjoyable up until two months ago. The staff here are very friendly. The maintenance staff are the best, and very helpful. However, I’d think twice about moving into the 11th St. apartments. Two months ago we saw our first roach after months of living here. We moved from out of town to this complex in 2023 and have had really no issues at all. Great place to live! Nice quiet area, with a quaint neighborhood nearby. Maintenance is always timely, and gets the job done with no issues or judgement. They even went so far as to replace a window for us, something that probably didn't "need" to be done, but it greatly improved our outlook on the apartment and we can enjoy the sunlight and seeing outside more clearly which greatly improved mental health. Everything was good but some days ago the app to make the payments wasn’t working so I didn’t make my payment on time now they are charging $100 extra They didn’t helped
Living here with my family has been very delightful. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet. Whenever there is anything of concern management is always listening and doing whatever they can to resolve the issue.
