I just moved in today. And what a disappointment. I had to go thru and clean my apartment. Before I could put anything away. I found food in and crumbs in the kitchen. I had to sweep out the cub bards. They need to spend the money and go thru and update the apartments. Like now. All the appliances are like 20!yrs old if not more. The pics that they show on the website is not what the apartments look like at all. I regret signing a lease. But it is what it is.
Quiet, well maintained. Not a traditional “apartment”, instead great town home style with attached garages! And, Service issues are always quickly resolved.

Don't expect to get your deposit back even if you keep the apartment pristine... Got back about $100 out of $500 for "typical cleaning and carpet cleaning." Also, had two separate guests on different days get their cars broken into in the parking lot. The pool and hot tub are slimy and not usable in my opinion. Plus, you can hear people talking / yelling / playing from the courtyard so loud it's like they're in your apartment.
I wish I could give these apartments a negative star!!!! TERRIBLE, DISGUSTING PLACE AND RUDE PEOPLE. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I can’t believe what an awful experience my family has had here. Dog fights, dog crap EVERYWHERE. And they don’t do anything about it. Overpriced and everything is cheaply made. Drawers would fall apart and we had to get our bath tub fixed three times and it would leak water cause they wouldn’t fix it properly and just half a**ed it.
