Pros: Great location, plenty of amenities, generally helpful staff. Cons: Building is clearly aging, not always kept clean, and the elevators are a serious problem. Fortunately for me, I live on the 5th floor, but I just got done lugging a 70 pound box up 5 flights of stairs since I couldn't get in an elevator. Management's solution? A pizza party. EDIT BELOW. This place is an amazing place to live if you are looking for a social atmosphere and dog friendly spot! I’ve lived here for 3 years and have very minimal complaints. Best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. 24/7 Concierge is friendly and beyond helpful. You can expect the classic issues such as occasional garage doors being down, or elevator issues causing delays getting you downstairs but these type of issues will occur anywhere you go. Poor management, broken elevators, garage doors, and unresolved issues — not worth the price We pay $4,400/month at Country Club Towers II & III, which includes an assigned parking spot. This is now the third time someone has parked in one of our assigned parking spot when we get home from work — leaving us to hunt for parking after a long day.
