Great staff and community, really enjoy living here
Im at the gardens and overall it is pretty nice and the front desk staff at the other buildings are super friendly and helpful with packages. But they are very slow to fix maintenance requests, I have been trying to get screens placed in my windows for 6 months. 4 months after moving in they put screens in my living room and bedroom but not in my bathroom or kitchen. I have brought up concerns for mold in the bathroom since there isn’t a vent, it would be nice to open the bathroom window to help air it out. They keep saying ... read more
Do not live here unless you enjoy unhelpful / unresponsive management, dog poop in elevators, constantly broken garage doors, intermittently broken WiFi, lost mail, and overpriced rent!
We stayed in one of the hotel units while visiting family and had an excellent time. Rae especially was extremely hospitable and made our stay extra special.
We love living here! Rae and the front desk team are incredible and so helpful. Highly recommend.
