The negative reviews here are all accurate. This was a great place to live when I moved in 3 years ago, but it has gone downhill so drastically there is no justification for the exorbitant rent costs. For a 12 month lease, the building is proposing I pay $500 more a month from the rate I paid when I first moved in, with no material improvements to the building or to my experience, only negatives (such as the elevator issues). It's been a minute so I thought I would update my review. I've been here 2 1/2 years now. I go to sleep to the city lights of downtown Denver and wake up to the view of the Rockies. On the Fourth of July, you can see fireworks all over town. Aside from the beautiful space, I continue to be thrilled by the service of the employees.
