Still a lot of issues I don’t know if the person who wrote the last review even lives here or not but I know I live here and have for several years. We do have a good maintenance man now who is somewhat overwhelmed by the amount of maintenance that needs to be done. I’m sure that management is trying to get multiple issues addressed but it is a very slow process at best. We went all summer with AC that did not work correctly and have mold in our apartments as a result. We have had our laundry rooms torn up for almost 6 weeks... read more
Great managemnt These ladies really care about their tenants. They have hired new maintenance and the place looks wonderful.
sketchy maintenance Maintenance is sketchy at best. Repairs are slow if at all. Floors are in bad shape. They get top dollar from HUD for these apartments but if they were to try and rent them for what they claim they are worth...they would have to do a lot of updating and upkeep. They are mostly interested in just getting apartments rented. The ones that are already rented do not get upkeep or updating. The pictures online don't show that the patio is covered with cigarette butts. The smokers get the patio and the non smoke... read more

Great value, incredibly convenient We've lived at Cloudridge a number of years and are happy to call it home. It's well planned, well managed, and great value for the money. Rent includes expanded digital cable, which is a tremendous value right there. The owner of the complex lives on site, and management is usually very responsive when things need attention. They are right on top of it when snow falls, for example. We had a water heater go out when we were getting ready for work, and it was replaced by the time we got home... read more
