My son lives at this apartment complex, and he really enjoys it. It is not too far from the NAU campus, and it has a good view of the mountains. The living rooms are small, but the bedrooms make up for it. There are also free events every month.
I lived here for a period of till, till early 2023. If I could give less than one star, I would. The leasing office staff have shown repeated dishonesty, unprofessional behavior, and pettiness, driving many residents away. The manager I dealt with, Stephanie Davis, was by far the worst—dishonest, bitter, and unwilling to address legitimate concerns.
