very clean facility. excellent location and accomodations, excellent staff, outstanding and friendly personnel. facility and itemsin storage kept in excellent condition.
They advertise as gated, and secure with cameras. The entrance code never changes and the cameras watch the office and gate which is not helpful AT ALL. A policeman said they have break ins there often. Do not use them!
Well so far they are raising the storage rent every 3 ,months or so. Can't wait to empty my last unit and get out of there.
The facility is clean, well kept and prices are competitive. Staff is knowledgeable, efficient. However, the borrowed truck is a HUGE benefit. It would have taken 10 or more trips in my little car, or 2 trips in a borrowed pick up truck. With the moving truck, my things were moved in 4 hours and much less hassle, my things remained clean and safe. I definitely recommend this storage facility!
Great Managers! Live on-site. Sercurity is good too. I park my RV there. Asphalt parking and so clean.
Nice place, people behind the counter are friendly but, never pay in advance with these people. Turned in the keys to my storage unit on May 12th, it's June14th and I haven't recieved my deposit or refund of my over payment. This is after three phone calls being told it will be sent out soon.... Really?
So I was a little leery after reading the review on here but I thought I'd give them a try anyway. I wanna tell ya, these guys really know there stuff. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and VERY fair prices! The contract ran month-to-month and every detail was explained in simple terms. I wouldn't hesitate a minute in doing business with these folks again and I would recommend them to anyone needing short or long-term storage. Check them out!
I have rented from 3 or 4 different Storage places in Flagstaff and Country Club Storage is the best. The Storage grounds are clean, secure and easy to move into. Jude and James were very helpful and even saved me money! Keep up the good work guys. Daron
