The townhouse was adequate and comfortable for what we needed. Maintenance was quick to respond to the few needs we had. Good, quiet location with nice neighbors.
I lived in one of the townhouses in the Country Club Hills neighborhood. The unit was newly renovated and ready to move into. I enjoyed my time living there but realized it was too large for my needs. The office staff as well as the maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly.
For 4 years, I rented a townhome in the Scioto community; part of the Country Club Hills neighborhood in Steubenville. My experience with Orecchio Properties was excellent from day one! The townhouse was clean, spacious, and move-in ready, with great updates throughout. Having my own private entrance and patio made it feel more like a home than an apartment. I lived at the Country Club Garden Apartments in the Steubenville's Country Club Hills neighborhood. I had a great experience renting from Orecchio Properties. My apartment was clean and freshly updated when I moved in. There was new flooring, modern kitchen and an open layout that was light and bright.
