I have no problems with owner I have been in this home 8 years I cannot get him or owners to replace carpet.
Old, outdated and overpriced. You can tell that the owners put no money into their property. I don't think these places have been touched since they were built. Huge rip off. Kitchen cabinets, carpet, flooring, doors and fixtures from the 70s. I will look elsewhere for this price.
They look like they’re from the 90’s but they are safe to go out walking. If you like things that look like the 90’s you should go there.
I loved living here! Mark and his staff are excellent. Quite and very clean property ! Work orders are handled quickly, apartment was very updated when I moved in. If I every move back into that area I will be renting from Mark again!
