Nov. 1, 2021 Smooth move-in, clean apartment, great staff I would specifically like to compliment Misty's (Assistant Manager) hard work in assisting my move-in; it has been one of my smoothest move-in experiences. The apartment is the cleanest place I've moved into, including all the nooks and crannies. Even the drawer under the oven was spotless, which has been missed in the every other complex I've lived in. When I moved in there were still chunks of cobwebs in the closet, the light fixture in the bathroom had years of dust on it. The picture with the vacuum debris was taken after they claimed the rug was cleaned in between my tenancy and the last person who lived there. The stair picture is the actual photo that the buildings complex manager sent me stating the rug leading down to my apartment had been cleaned. If I could post pictures Id show you the trash cans that are placed around the apartment complex. I feel like I live in the slums because trash is always scattered around the complex all the time. The maintenance is horrible fires in homes due to poor appliances, no air conditioning for months, no hot water in the shower for months, no complete use of bathrooms for months, cabinets falling off of the walls in the restrooms etc .... can not wait to this lease is over . Love you this is in an area that feels like it’s in the country but close to the city. You are near Kroger and Walmart. West rock mains facility so the air smells like coffee. Deer pass through the woods near us but not on the property. The gym is so superior you can drop your gym membership like I did!!!!

Best apartment community this side of the river. We have enjoyed our time here, love the dog parks, love the management, our issues where always fixed in a timely fashion. Staff is pleasant and courteous. They have an officer on duty.

Everyone should know that this apartment has completely changed over the last four years for the worst. Water leaks and repairs did not happen until a week before I moved out. Management will have a bad attitude and and can be extremely rude. People also need to know that instead of bleaching and cleaning from top to bottom and patching nail holes and painting and having the carpets cleaned, you should leave it absolutely disgusting because they will over charge you when you leave. I love my home here! The property is awesome. I have a dog, who I walk 3 times a day. And it is a beautiful walk. Some on the sidewalks and sometimes we walk between the buildings. Very well landscaped. Friendly neighbors, and I've made new friends! Some are other people who walk there dogs 🐕. I love my home here! The office is great, and the maintenance men, they are always ready to help.

Great place to live. Management and maintenance staff very friendly and address any concerns promptly. Grounds and buildings nicely maintained. Love my apartment and love living here.
