Well, I just moved in a week ago, and I've had one little thing after another need to be taken care of in my apartment, and the management and the service man have been nothing but professional. Very helpful, prompt, and do exactly what they say they're going to do. I love it here. Hope to be here for a long time. If you want a nice place to stay and you don't want a bunch of Riff Raff and problems with where you live this is the place to be. Nice swimming pool nice laundry very nice apartment so if you have a chance and you... read more

I both lived and worked there and it was the abso worst experience of my life. They don't train their personnel and are quick to get rid of them. I watched 6 different employees go through there in a 6 month period. we had 86 work orders at one point and they were in no hurry to make repairs. most of the complex had a/c outages and they gave us window units. we went 3-5 months without central air and our electric bills went up to $4-500 a month and most people had either small children or health issues! The apartments are in... read more

I dont even know where to start about the issues of these apartments. Paying over 2000 a month for a 3 bedroom. Drugs are all over this place. Drug busts and raids happening. Drug bags found on the ground. Parking is horrible. You cant have repairs done unless you agree to have workers in your home if your not home. Other wise work order is not done. No escort for workers doing work in your home they are simply given a key. If you voice concerns the property manager says call the police or thats apartment living. There is n... read more

Two years ago, Forrest Hills was purchased by a group headquartered out of New York and things have deteriorated ever since. NATIONAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES care nothing about their tenants and seem to be trying make life harder for them at every turn. #1-Raising rents 3 or 4 times more than the national average. #2-Forcing renters to.pay for insurance that benefits only the company. #3-Residents are forced to pay rent on-line, with additional charges to pay your rent. Basically, one of the best apartment complexes ... read more

I lived here for two years & now have medical problems I will have for the rest of my life from the toxic black mold they paint over. It causes my hair to fall out, ruined my eye sight, I no longer have an immune system from my body trying to fight off the mold for so long. It causes your forehead to bulge out because it makes your brain swell. My feet and hands were numb alot. I had no health problems whatsoever before living here, now I will have life long medical problems. Living here ruined my quality of life.

Great experience with Shannon at The Parke at Central. She was very quick to respond and helped us find the right place. Good to know that customer service still exists. Great place! Susan K Carroll

When I moved in there were still chunks of cobwebs in the closet, the light fixture in the bathroom had years of dust on it. The picture with the vacuum debris was taken after they claimed the rug was cleaned in between my tenancy and the last person who lived there. The stair picture is the actual photo that the buildings complex manager sent me stating the rug leading down to my apartment had been cleaned. The plugs and top of the washer are photos from last week that I took of our laundry room. Apartments flood, garbage ... read more
