Living at Union Flats is a great first experience. This is my first time living in an apartment. I recently moved in with my boyfriend a few months ago and I really like this place! Wes and Jennifer was welcoming and very friendly with any questions that I had. It's great that they implement a sense of community, especially with events like BBQ and pool parties. I have been here for 3 years now and id have to say management is great and very understanding best experience yet.. The cleanliness from fist day move in 3 years ago until now is absolutely amazing they have gone above and beyond to clean the property up and keep it maintained to make more homier.
I’ve been in Union townhomes and flat since it was Country Club. I’ve been here for seven years now I can honestly say since Jennifer’s been in management. The lease renewal has been really simple and easy with no issues with no hidden fee’s.
I've never had a bad experience with them. Townhouses aren't always a good price but I haven't seen a over priced unit yet. Lucky!
Living at Union Flats and Townhomes has truly been a great experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been welcoming, helpful, and always professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and well-maintained. One thing that really stood out to me was the community barbecue they hosted recently—it was amazing!
