8am appointment for an inspection, tire balance and an alignment. When I was checked in by service advisor Mandy, I was quoted “about an hour and a half to complete what I was scheduled for”. My car sat for 50 minutes PAST my appointment time and it still wasn’t brought into the shop. I asked why there was a hold up since I was one of the first appointments for the day.
