Maintenance is the worst. It takes them months to get anything fixed. My downstairs toilet was leaking, it took them a month and a half to do something about it. I live in a townhouse and the ac does not cool the units. So be prepared to have a sky high electric bill. My ac even leaked for a couple months and all they did was tell me to have it off until someone came. That’s unreasonable in this Texas heat.i can’t imagine the amount of mold in these walls. I just want to give a huge shout out to I think her name is Marissa she has been awesome in a huge help . as I am 4 hours away the whole process has been great . can't wait to move in in call this my home . thank y'all so much

Great place to live . Marissa in the office is so nice and very polite . Ive called so many times to ask questions and every single time she was very helpful and answered my questions whether it was a call or email. The grounds are well kept everything is nice and clean. Day of move in my apartment smelled so good and clean I was very happy. This is a great community to call home.
