I've lived in this complex over a year. When the property was sold in April 2018, one of the first things new management did was to raise rent $200 or more for anyone moving in afterwards. The only four washing machines have been inoperable for over a month. Three times now I've had a severe leak from the bathroom above mine. This resulted in gallons of water spilling from the ceiling in the bathroom and even from the light fixture in the bedroom closet. The fact that this has not started a fire is astounding. When I lived there, someone used to steal clothes from my machine. Light bulb in hallway always died, I had to put a new one everyday then got tired of wasting money. Neighbors were so loud at the same time around 2:30am, screaming and fighting. Place was filthy and a disaster, worst place ever!
