Manager is required to furnish residents with owner contact information upon request........Even tho she admits working for owners and not a management company, she says " I DONT HAVE THAT INFORMATION"....I could see that if she worked for a management company.......BUT !!!hmmmmmmmmm, imagine that, you dont have the information for the one who pays you???I have been harassed every scence T H I S manager came to work here.. letting others get away with everything and coming after me for for the anything..........
This is a very sad place to be...12 managers have come and gone in 4 years, I talk to the latest one yesterday and she was only interested in selling me high insurance for the home I am buying here.. Did not care about anything I had to say to her...about the vandelism that is an on going problem here.................in short this is a grab all the cash you can from the residents here and dont give anything back to the property Stay away you will be sorry as me living here

THEY OFFER YOU NICE HOMES ,BUT WHEN YOU PUT UP THE MONEY, THE ONES OFFERD BECOME UNAVAILABLE. THEY THEN TRY TO FORCE YOU INTO ONE OF LOWER STANDARDS,AND THEN GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND ON REFUNDING MONIES INVESTED. IF YOUR NOT LOOKING TO BE RIPPED OFF DONT CONSIDER THIER BUISNESS. I would give a negative. No services. 3 owners in one year. Most reccent owners seemed to be good people, but now are driving residents away and firing any good help when they get it. One resident complained about an obvious misprint of a \$200 water bill, but paid rent anyway, then was given an eviction notice the next day! The most expensive park in the area with the least amenities. Treat residents like inmates instead of customers.
This is a terrible place to live, we had to get out of there! A lot of crime, and the management is horrible! No sidewalks so the kids have to ride bikes in the roads and then management made and enforced a rule that NO KIDS IN THE STREETS ON BIKES. About 99% of the homes there have children or grandchildren! It was just terrible.. they treated people like they are worthless.. and made sudden rules like we were in grade school.
If it were possible to do so I would rate this plac with a minus 1 star. Apparently the owners of this park dont care about the folks who live here. I have lived here for over 2 yrs and moving soon. The park has no security,no lights at night. Owner has filed chapter 11 and opened all the doors of empty units so they can more easily be stripped and vandalized. Possibly for insurance. MY advice? Dont rent or buy here.
