No stars isnt an option. The manager is crooked. We have contract with a man who owns homes out here and moved our stuff in. She saw that we were moving in and said that since the home was on their property that we weren t approved to live here. She said that we had 24 hours to vacate the home or we would be taken off of her property by the police. This place is the pits! Management is a joke, when you can find them. Maint is non existent. Moved into one of the new units and it took another two weeks to get electricity. There was no meter and I had to pay \$150 to get one installed; then there was no power ever run to the unit. It was setup and inspected and the main cable from the box to the trailer NEVER GOT RUN. I am with hilliardm. I am currently living here. They are charging me 106 dollars for water for one month for 2 adults a 9 year old and a 5 month old. The old manager was robbing them blind. We all had to come up with proof that we paid our bills. I find my lease to purchase because there was no copy at the office and take it down there and the new manager has the balls to ask me if she can have my original copy because shes going to have to redo it anyway. This is one of the nicest mobile communities I have seen. They have a wide range of models to choose from. They offer single wides for \$555 a month and double wides for \$655 a month. They tack in the trash and sewer for an extra \$19 a month which is added to the rent. Their main thing here is selling the property as a lease to own. You stay for 10 years and they sign the title over to you paid off in full only leaving pad rent. When you move in, the home is yours. This place is not even worth a star!!! management lies to your face when discusssing issues or problems. Crime is so high there , they may as well put bars around the whole property and call it a prison. They say they have 24 hr security and cameras. Ya, right. There is NO security there AT ALL! Yet the still advertise it as a 24 hr security enforced park with 24 hr surveillance cameras, thats false advertisement! A home was robbed by armed gunmen in the daylight!!!! By people who just walked right into the park on foot. People called and TOLD the office and they sent ONE security guard to drive around the whole park and look to see if they could find the people. What a joke! Just moved in here in July and the only problem i have had was when we were first moving in and not currently staying at the home my shed was broken into and my lawn mower was stolen. Since moving in though it has been very peaceful and the neighbors around me are very nice. As far as crime or management everything has been good.
we would like to complain about the dogs at no. 32 their dogs bark constantly morning to night. they start at about 6am to bed time we cant sit on our porch because they bark, especially the pit bull, you wouldnt be able to walk up to their porch because they act so vicious. this is from no.s 14 and 15. thank you
