I have visited friends that live in a couple of the buildings & they are old dilapidated. Everything is from 1967 for piping. They have one tiny washer & dryer in each building for 11 units to use. They are lucky if they even work. One of the buildings has been infested with mice and another building became infested with cockroaches after the President refused to act on it for 14 months.
