Pros: Great location and close to downtown. Cons: Same Board Members for years who don’t care about their residents or community. The buildings are falling apart, landscaping has always been the most common area they seem to spend the most time and money on. Plumbing issues occur frequently. Storage units have been broken into. Cameras placed on residence.
