RecommendedI have lived here almost 2 years and I’m so glad I moved here. I love how spacious my apartment is and my patio, where I do some gardening. Becky the manager is awesome and she is so involved with our apartment community and always plans something fun around here or has goodie bags for the tenants .. I do not regret moving here and definetly give them a 10+
It has been a blessing for me, moving from a home to apartment, I feel happy and comfortable in my 1200 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment with a nice backyard. The manager, Marianne, and maintenance manager Jorge have been there to handle every maintenance detail, that have been few. I’m so happy I found this complex, I feel safe and at home.
Great place to live! Spacious apartments, attentive staff, and security. Laundry Room on site, and two pools, so one's never too crowded. The maintence staff is very attentive as well. Great location, because it's walking distance to everything! PROS: Great Place to Live CONS: Behind a canal, and that gets smelly sometimes.
