My experience with those organizing the apartment showings was excellent. The person answering the emails got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule to set up a showing that worked for me. I was told that Doug would be showing me around the available unit. He texted me before my appointment which was truly appreciated because I was running slightly behind schedule. Please whatever you do, don’t move here the management is awful and takes weeks to respond, the neighbors are awful with noise and won’t hesitate to report complaints for music or talking after 8pm. Floors and walls are as thin as paper. The lady above me stomps across the floor every night at 11pm to 12am and the management does nothing.
The management company is terrible. the portfolio manager in particular does nothing to maintain the building nor does he do anything to stop the theft regularly occurring in the building. After 5 + years of living there he kicks you out with no explanation at all. Now I see they have raised the rent more than 300 dollars.
