I live near the Manor for the last few years and it used to be a pretty rough place dealing with the drug problems in many Appalachian towns. Now it seems to have calmed down a lot. As for housing inside the ones I went in were not too bad. I have had lots of people Who live there tell me it's hard to get maintenance when they have a issue with leaks or mold. Poor management, and owners. If anything goes wrong it take an act of congress to get it fixed. Seriously thinking about talking to a lawyer. Plus the kids have nothing to do if they go outside they get fussed at by the landlord, drugs run rapid here, my family and I don't feel safe here.
