I’ve lived at the Country club cottages For almost 2 years and have been very happy here. Any request to maintenance for routine issues have been addressed promptly.

I would not recommend living here. We dealt with a serious mouse infestation while living in this apartment. This was not just an occasional mouse—it was an ongoing infestation that made the apartment feel unsanitary and unsafe. We submitted maintenance requests and talked to management about it in person, but the issue was never adequately resolved. I would not recommend living at Country Club Cottages. Our experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. Communication was inconsistent, especially during a management transition, and getting clear answers was nearly impossible. We were never informed that a separate Notice to Vacate form had to be completed through the office until it was too late.
