Very very very very bad management
The new management is great. We have had issues with our tub and bathroom sink draining since we moved in back in 2020. About once a year they'd pour acid down the drain. When our drains stopped this time, maintenance was here same day and actually FIXED the problem. They did great work finding the cause and cleaned up afterwards.
I recently signed for an apartment here despite the negative reviews. They are cleaning up the outside! I was not pleased with my apartment upon move in. The property manager and the leasing agent were very accommodating in getting me an apartment I was pleased with! I initially was going to sign for a 6 month lease but the way they treated me made me sign for a 12 month. Recently toured an apartment in a fantastic location! The proximity to shops and restaurants is perfect, providing a sense of privacy that I appreciate, especially coming from the Scranton Pa area. As a Misericordia student, this location is ideal! Upon arriving at Country Club, I was pleasantly surprised. Despite negative online reviews, my experience was positive.
