Excellent / beautiful place to live and good location. Quite neighborhoods / covered assigned parking. If there is something that needs to be fixed, the manager responds fast and help any situation that arises. Manager is always very understanding, and she knows how to take care of her residents. Would you believe i only paid $115 for this place? Yeah - 50 years ago! Now in AZ. Couldnt pay me to go back. Rent is cheap here. And no earthquake hazard. Come on down!
