When I first moved to these apartments, I lived on club dr and everything was fine, I didnt see not one roach� a year later I moved to Blake st. the first day I moved my stuff in my neighbors told me the whole unit was infested with roaches I bombed my apartment twice and that didnt wrk for shyt. Five people moved out within the yr I was there because of the roach problem, I told Yolanda about it and she tried to blame the roaches on me too Those apartments are disgusting!! I seriously could not be much happier with this place. For the price, it is a fantastic place to live. The apartments are very spacious for \$650 a month, and have been remodeled rather recently. Big bathrooms, big bedrooms, deep cabinets in the kitchen and a nice gas stove. Even a respectable little patio area with a brand new sliding glass door. The maintenance guy installed new screens in the windows shortly after I moved in and even installed a higher shower head for me (as Im a bit tall).I havent seen any "rochs omg" an... read more
These apts are very roomy but not recomendable. Reason one ROCHES OMG!!! and the staff, well the staff is ok except one person. the lady Yolanda well she just likes to blame sh#\$@ on us people (for example-I brought it to her attention that there was roches and shes blamed me for bringing them to this complex.) REALLY! I mean REALLY, who dose that or says that??? thats just rude.. We are clean people and never lived with roches. the apartments are big, but the people who are in charged are not friendly at all. The neighbors are only on your business as well as the staff members. They do inspections so ofter that is ridiculous, everything breaks sooo often. i do not recommend this place. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Terrible place to live!!! Was all we could find on short notice when we first moved to Lemoore. Thank goodness we were only there for a few months.
huge apartment and they pay gas, water, and garbage. But the drawback is the sprayings every couple months as roaches sometime appear. Also things break down a lot like the air conditioning during the summer because theyre so old. But otherwise a nice place to live. Careful you dont get your car stolen!
i wouldnt have my worst enemy live here this place is a roach motel yolonda the manager is a snake she smile in your face then stab you in the back this place is a joke!!!!!! dsont ever live here take it from someone who lives here!!!!!!!!
